朋友们：
新年伊始，万象更新。2015年，中国信鸽协会走过了她30年的辉煌历程，正在以一个崭新的面貌和姿态迈向职业化发展的新的历史征程。职业化将给我们带来新希望、新机会和新梦想，今后各级信鸽协会、企业和广大信鸽爱好者将有更大作为，我们应该秉持健康、规则、竞争、诚信、公正等内涵，为中国信鸽职业化发展实现赛鸽强国贡献智慧和力量。

2015年年初，世界鸽坛最具权威信鸽的世界信鸽奥林匹克大会刚刚闭幕，中国信鸽协会代表团也有参加，尴尬的是却看不到中国赛鸽。我们发现《中国优秀种鸽大全》已近连续出版6期，上面刊登的鸽子虽然大都是从国外引进，但是这些鸽子的后代成绩相当辉煌，尤其是本期刊登的鸽子，更是出众，一点都不比他们逊色！今后，如果在国际鸽坛上看不到中国鸽友的赛鸽，走向赛鸽强国只能是一句空话。因此，摆在我们面前的头等大问题，是尽快与国际接轨，落实奥林匹克鸽王评选制度，接洽中国赛鸽出关问题，尽快让中国的好鸽子登上世界鸽坛最高荣誉殿堂。可喜的是本届中国信鸽协会领导正积极努力，攻坚克难，帮助中国鸽友实现多年来梦寐以求的夙愿。

当前，中国信鸽事业已经成为广大鸽友的事业平台，通过信鸽比赛发家致富的人越来越多，有50后、60后、70后，甚至还有80后，90后。小信鸽，大市场。比如鸽粮、鸽药、鸽用具等一年将近十几个亿的市场，成就了不少企业。同时，它还促进了相关产业的发展，比如交通运输、电子产品、互联网、酒店等几十个产业。总之，信鸽事业与传统行业相比，它是一个健康、环保，能给社会带来巨大正能量的事业。当然，我们这个信鸽运动也面临着很多问题，比如诚信、制度落后、赛事监管等，这些问题的解决，不仅需要中国信鸽协会出台相关的管理措施，同时还需要我们从业者自觉维护行业声誉，积极维护市场秩序，主动履行社会责任，为推动我们信鸽事业长远、健康、有序、规范、职业化发展尽我们应尽的义务。

朋友们！时代在进步，社会在发展。我们的信鸽事业在中国鸽友几代人努力下也取得了长足进步，并迎来了它职业化发展的新局面。一些旧思想、旧观念、旧想法可能无法适应当前的发展形势，但是一些新规划、新思路、新措施正在出台，更需要我们高瞻远瞩、勇于创新，为中国信鸽事业的更大发展，为中国信鸽事业的强国梦而努力奋斗！

The most important in front of us, is to conform with international standards as soon as possible, to carry out the Olympic king pigeon selection system, hope it will change for the situation of racing pigeons through custom to abroad, as soon as possible let Chinese pigeon boarded onto the pigeon world highest honor palace. Hope the Chinese pigeon association leadership, work positively, overcome difficult, help the Chinese pigeon fanciers to realize the dream of many years.
At present, the Chinese racing pigeon business has become the pigeon fanciers platform, through the pigeons game more and more fanciers become rich, they are generations post- 50s, 60s, 70s, even post 80s, 90s. Friends! Age in progress, society in development. Our pigeons career has made great progress after pigeon fanciers’ efforts of several generations in China , and ushered the new situation of the its professional development. Some old ideas, old sense, old concept may not be able to adapt to the development of the current situation, but some of the new plan, new ideas, new measures have not come, more need our vision and innovation, let us struggle for greater development of  the racing pigeon in China,  for the dream of becoming powerful racing pigeon .
